A mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience in the rental, sales, and service of construction equipment, Paritosh has been serving India’s infrastructure industry since 1995.

After nine years of diverse corporate experience — including a seven-year tenure with Escorts Kubota Construction Equipment (then Escorts Construction Equipment Limited) — he developed a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and commercial sides of the construction equipment industry, holding roles including All India Warranty In-charge, Sales Head for Excavators and Soil Compactors in Rajasthan, Business Manager for Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra, and finally heading Marketing Services and the Insurance Portfolio. Building on this strong technical and commercial foundation, he co-founded SBT Earthmovers in 2003, which transitioned into GT Infrastructure Equipment in 2010 as a sole proprietorship.

His involvement in the industry has also extended beyond his own business: in 2016, Paritosh was among the 17 founding members of the Construction Equipment Rental Association (CERA), established to bring greater collaboration and representation to India’s equipment-rental industry.
